The company specializes in commercial and residential roofing, as well as sheet metal fabrication, and stands out among Mississippi roofing firms for its six decades of uninterrupted, dual sector service.
With this being the beginning of the new 2026 year, the 250th anniversary of the United States of America, it also marks the beginning of the official 60th anniversary of Dixie Roofing, Inc. Founded six decades ago by three brothers - Jerry, Bernard, and James “Fred” Blakely - what started as a small family run operation was built on hard work, craftsmanship, and doing things the right way.
Through changing times, evolving industries, and generations of customers, Dixie Roofing has remained rooted in the values set by its founders: quality work, integrity, and pride in every roof. From humble beginnings to a trusted name in the community, this milestone honors the legacy of the Blakely brothers and everyone who has been part of the journey over the past 60 years.
